| | Description | Serenade Fanfare is based on Tchaikovsky's "Serenade for Strings in C". The UF marching band used to have a version of Serenade for Strings that they called "Tchaik". It was a fanfare that the band played for several years to "announce" that they had arrived at the stadium. As time went on and things changed, the band stopped playing this fanfare. It was gone before I ever even joined the band, but hearing the recordings of it gave me the idea to do this arrangement.
