| Description | This piece was a favorite of the ensemble it was arranged for. The opening is very peaceful and can be played as slow as 50 beats per minute and with as much expression as possible. The rest of the piece should drive at around 120 beats per minute or whatever speed the ensemble can handle. Everyone has to be able to play the main theme, but that moment of unity is one of the highlights of the arrangement. That being said, each instrument has segments where they are featured. This was a fun one to write and play. |
